Web Development
The Internet technologies consist of two general ideas, the servers and the users. Around these two elements there are various technologies build to serve in many different ways and towards various ends. In Creative Pulse, our primary tool for building server-side applications is the PHP programming language and the MySQL database.
Alongside server programming, we create the front-end for websites using the popular technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, the jQuery framework, and when required the Ajax technology.
When the requirements for visual effects are high, we develop Flash applets with its latest and very demanding programming language ActionScript 3.
During the last years we have been constantly building websites with popular content management systems (CMS). Our favorite is Joomla!, but we also create solutions for Drupal and Wordpress. We have also been building a very exciting CMS project of our own called Wubix.
Desktop Applications
Creative Pulse is not tight to the Internet. We use the Qt toolkit for building desktop applications. With this tool we are able to build applications for all the major operating system out there, like MS Windows, Mac OS X and of course Linux, KDE and the popular linux distribution Ubuntu.
Mobile Applications
Creative Pulse lately gains experience to the mobile platform Android (Java based) and the iOS (Objective-C based). We are currently building new software for these techologies and applications to be used by Android, iPhone and iPad users. Our experience with the Qt toolkit also makes us able to build applications for the Nokia mobile platforms Maemo and MeeGo.
